What is WTC?

WTC (Working Together Conference) is an annual conference organized by MAF - the M3 User Association.

Users, partners and experts come together to exchange ideas, gain new insights and discuss future solutions within the M3 enterprise system.

For us, it is an important meeting place where we have the opportunity to meet both customers, partners and other industry players. The conference offers packed days filled with inspiring talks, interesting conversations and new connections.

As exhibitors, we get the possibility to showcase out business, discuss integrations and development and meet people who work me M3 and related solutions in their everyday work. Participating in WTC is not just about being visible. It is also an opportunity to listen to customers' needs, discuss current challenges and gain valuable insights into how companies work with M3, integration, digitalization and business development.

Preparations

Ahead of this year's conference, we wanted to create something that stood out while still connecting to what we work with every day. The result was Integration Panic - a game where participants could test their reflexes and problem-solving skills by managing integration flows under time pressure.

Building the game was only part of the work. In the weeks leading up to WTC, we also worked on developing a campaign page, communication and materials to create a booth that sparked both curiosity and encouraged dialogue.

The interest in Integration Panic exceeded all our expectations. During the conference, over 1000 rounds were played and the leaderboard was constantly changing as participants fought for a spot on the podium. The competition was intense right up until the very end - the decisive top score was recorded just 12 minutes (!) before the award ceremony.

Many thanks

We would like to extend a big thank you to MAF for a well-organized event and to everyone who visited our booth. Thank you for all the interesting conversations, questions and game sessions. A special congratulations to Ahmed Agha for taking first place in Integration Panic.

We're bringing home plenty of inspiration, experiences and new connections - and already starting to think about next year's challenge!
